Partners in Empowering Every Student
MusicFirst
MusicFirst gives TMLA students access to the same powerful learning tools used in schools across the country. This platform includes top-notch apps for ear training, music theory, sight reading, composition, and even recording. Students also benefit from a rich content library, assignment calendar, and a subscription to In Tune, a monthly online music magazine.
What makes MusicFirst especially valuable is that its curriculum is aligned with national and state music standards, ensuring your child’s education is not only fun and interactive but also comprehensive and academically strong. With MusicFirst, practicing at home becomes engaging, structured, and effective.
Military Homeschool Association
Military Homeschoolers Association (MHA) offers connection, resources, and advocacy to families balancing homeschooling and military service. In collaboration with MHA, TMLA is able to reach students who often face frequent relocations or overseas assignments, ensuring continuity of instruction and a supportive community for military learners worldwide. Together, we ensure students can continue their musical journey with consistency, encouragement, and support, no matter where life takes them.
popMATICS
popMATICS is helping us expand what’s possible in music education. Together, we are developing a new curriculum designed to support students with special needs, beginning with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This fall, we’re launching an 8-week pilot program to test and refine this innovative approach.
By combining Popmatics’s expertise in curriculum development with TMLA’s teaching excellence and online infrastructure, we aim to create a tool that makes music accessible, engaging, and empowering for every learner.
Daily Youth Devotional
Daily Youth Devotional (DYD) provides families with an accessible, engaging way to integrate faith-based learning into daily life. Through short, interactive video sessions, DYD teaches biblical principles using stories and characters from Scripture, helping children build understanding and confidence in their spiritual growth.
In partnership with TMLA, DYD supports families seeking holistic development for their children—nurturing not only musical and academic growth, but also character and faith. By combining TMLA’s dedication to excellence in education with DYD’s innovative approach to spiritual formation, families can inspire both heart and mind in their child’s learning journey.
